Blueprint 2000 hosts Cascades Park Groundbreaking
Tallahassee Democrat –Blueprint 2000 will host a ground-breaking ceremony for Cascade Park at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Parking is available on the grounds and in several adjacent lots. Visitors can enter the park from the north gate at Gadsden and Bloxham streets or from the south gate at Gadsden and Van Buren streets. In case of rain, the ceremony will be held at the nearby Department of Transportation auditorium, 605 Suwannee St.
