T on 2 has formed a partnership with the Tallahassee-Leon County planning department in an effort to make Tallahassee a more bike-friendly community. The group is working with the planning department to submit an application to elevate Tallahassee’s bronze designation with the League of American Bicyclists and to create a bike-share program with local government and the college and universities.
