Heritage Fest 2015

Party in the Streets

Join farmers, artists, health advocates and community builders at the Frenchtown Heritage Fest, which is taking place Saturday, October 3 from 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. in the heart of Historic Frenchtown. Live music, local vendors and host of community partners will help make this Heritage Fest the best one yet.

Expanding Food Access

The Frenchtown Market has also been having fun at their Eat Fresh, Spend Less! workshop series. The free, one-hour classes are held at five locations around the city. Workshops touch on nutrition, fresh food cooking techniques, meal planning, food budgeting, how to use the Frenchtown market to eat fresh while spending less and how to become a market vendor. Participants also enjoy free food, free childcare, free gifts and produce to take home. Space is limited and workshops fill up fast, so tell your friends and call today – (850) 270-3573.

The Frenchtown farmers market accepts SNAP/EBT and is the only place in town that can double SNAP dollars (food stamps) to buy the fresh produce.
