Congratulations to the 2026 Community Catalysts
KCCI’s 2026 Community Catalysts are a team of passionate, well-connected and driven volunteers who will lead a bold placemaking initiative to add vibrancy and public art in Tallahassee, especially in the neighborhoods where the Crosswalk to Classrooms were removed, even though quantifiable data showed that they improved safety by slowing down vehicular speeds and improving traffic compliance. Together, the team will work to reclaim the spirit of neighborhoods surrounding schools through creativity and collaboration using placemaking tools.
