Bryan M. Desloge earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University in 1983. He started and built Desloge Home Oxygen & Medical Equipment, a Tallahassee company that specializes in providing durable home medical equipment and respiratory services. The success of the company was validated when it was included in the prestigious INC. 500 List, which recognizes the fastest growing privately held companies in the United States.

He participates in many professional and charitable organizations. He is 2nd Vice President of the National Association of Counties Board (NACo); board member and past President for the Florida Association of Counties Board; serves on the NACo Financial Services Center Advisory Committee and is Vice Chair of the NACo Behavioral Health Steering Committee. He was appointed by the Governor of Florida as the director of the Early Learning Coalition of the Big Bend and currently serves as a member of the board. He serves as a member of the KCCI Advisory Board; is a founding member of the Village Square Organization; and also serves as a member of the Tallahassee Memorial Hospital Clinical Ethics Committee. He is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee and Leadership Florida.

He won a two-year term of office in 2006 as Leon County Commissioner for District IV, was elected again unopposed to a four-year term in the 2008 and 2012 elections. He served as member of the Capital Region Transportation Planning Agency (CRTPA) and the Tourist Development Counsels. In 2019, he was selected to serve on the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) National Advisory Committee (NAC).
